Mobility and recovery are two key components to your lifts and your daily living. Regardless of where you are at in your journey having a personalized stretching and fascial mobility routine will benefit you. Brittany has spent years focusing on body assessments in her Personal Training Career, focus on Fascial Mobility training and schooling for Massage Therapy. It is all about the details and being able to incorporate little habits to ensure you’re efforts are matched by your abilities.
This is a full assessment through a phone consultation and full online upload of photos of postural views and the option to send videos of 3 major lifts. With this you then receive a personalized mobility and recovery routine as well as a full review on findings. You’ll then have 30 days to work through your program on our online web app with video demonstrations and with weekly check ins with Brittany to adjust if needed. At the end of the 30 days you’ll have a new love for postural habits, tools for success and hopefully a killer transformation post!
